Prices for all options coming along with download version such us reinstall Backup CD-ROM or DVD are displayed including shipping cost. There will be no additional fee charged.

Delivery terms:
Priority Express (FEDEX): 1 business days for main European cities - 2 business days for other destinations* 
Order must be placed before 2:00 PM UK TIME to be dispatched the same day.

Economy: 4-10 business days. Sent by registered mail and delivered by local national postal service.

* Note that delivery times may be longer for areas that are classed by FedEx as 'remote delivery areas'.
Once your order has been shipped you will be sent via email a FedEx tracking number which will enable you to track your delivery on www.Fedex.com

Customers are responsible for all import fees, duties, and taxes on shipments ordered from Moviesoft. These fees are usually paid upon receipt of the software and in the event that Moviesoft is charged in lieu of the customer, we reserve the right to recover these amounts from the customer who ordered the shipment. Once payment has been received all documents related to the importing will be forwarded to the customer.

If you need an accurate estimate of your shipping cost for a specific product and destination not listed above, we invite you to create an account, add a product in your basket and simulate a purchase process.  When you reach the shipping web page, the delivery cost will be automatically calculated. 

Prices & VAT:
All prices shown on the website are given on an Ex-works basis exclusive of VAT. 
For shipments in the European Union, VAT is applicable unless the Buyer holds a Value Added Tax (VAT) identification number which should be quoted on the order form to benefit from tax relief.   Products shipped outside the European Union are VAT exempt. Intra-community sales
