Final Draft 9 & Final Draft iPad Version
Final Draft 9
While there is no official release date set for Final Draft 9, it is not expected most likely until early 2013. No new feature details have been announced, but development has been mainly focusing on collaboration features. Writers will be able to save files in the cloud for easy access anywhere and to share files with a writing partner. This will allow for script changes and revisions to be tracked more easily and efficiently. This will be a service provided by Final Draft as a monthly subscription fee in addition to the purchase of the new version 9.Due to the long development process, there is no need to wait to purchase Final Draft. Final Draft 8 is robust and feature rich so you can start on your script right away. As a current owner of Final Draft 8, you will be eligible to upgrade to Final Draft 9 when it is released. And, by then, you’ll already have your finished script, if not more!
