30 Day Satisfaction warranty!

Our goal at MovieSoft is to make sure you are satisfied with the software or DVD you bought from us.  We realize that occasionally a purchase doesn't work out.  That's why we offer our exclusive 30 day money back warranty* .  If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund your purchase in full (less shipping costs for Boxed Version) with no questions asked.
 
To apply for a refund, you first need to uninstall and deactivate your software from all computer(s) on which it has been installed. Please refer to your software manual to complete the full uninstall and deactivation procedure recommended by the publisher. (if you are not sure, please contact the software publisher)
Once this step is done, please email your refund request to admin (@) moviesoft.com including your Software Serial number (also named Activation ID or Product Key) and your order reference (PO or Invoice #). Your request and refund will be treated in 7 business days after confirmation from the Software Publishers that your product has been properly uninstalled and deactivated from your computer. Please note that no refund request will be accepted if your software has not been properly uninstalled and deactivated from your computer.

* As per the publisher policy, please not that Storyboard Quick (PowerProduction) is excluded from this 30 Day warranty.  Therefore, there is no return on this item.

Exclusion of guarantee:
This 30-Day Money Back Warranty  can not be claimed if the software HAS been used for any kind of training sessions or any professional work during the 30 days period.
